Eventackle is a global platform for corporate events. Users can find upcoming events, business conferences, trade shows, seminars, networking meets, fairs and more. They can browse through very detailed event pages, buy tickets and/or register as visitors. Users can view profile of speakers, Event organizers, exhibitors and more.

From Ideation to Deployment
1. Goals
The key goals of the platform are to simplify the process of creating and managing events, making it easy for organizers to set up schedules, agendas, and tickets. It also aims to support both internal and external registrations, accommodating private company events as well as public-facing conferences. Engagement tools such as live Q&A, polls, and feedback mechanisms are integrated to enhance attendee interaction. Lastly, the system provides organizers with analytics and attendance tracking features to measure event success and gather insights for future improvements.
2. Planning & Prototyping
Once the idea was validated, we mapped out user journeys and designed wireframes to visualize the app’s flow. Our team created interactive prototypes, testing different user experiences to ensure simplicity, efficiency, and intuitive navigation.
3. Design & Development
Our UI/UX designers crafted a modern, user-friendly interface, while our development team built the app using scalable technologies. We implemented key features such as:
For Organizers: Dashboard for event management, Event creation wizard (title, date, location, speakers, agenda), Ticketing (free, paid, invite-only)
For Attendees: Event discovery & search (by company, tags, date), Registration & ticket download, QR code or badge for check-in
For Speakers/Sponsors: Profile dashboard, Session scheduling, Document/resource upload
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
Before launch, the app underwent rigorous testing, including functionality checks, security assessments, and user acceptance testing. We worked closely with early adopters to gather feedback and optimize performance.
5. Deployment & Launch
After refining the final product, we deployed the app. A strategic marketing campaign followed, focusing on user acquisition and engagement.
